Brite New Mind Enrollment & Arrival Summary

We’re excited to welcome new children! To ensure a smooth start, please follow the guidelines below.

 

Placement:

Enrollment is first-come, first-served based on availability. Inquiries can be made by phone or in person. When a spot opens, families are notified two weeks in advance. Placement holds last up to three school days. Registration is free and starts with a completed form.

Enrollment Process:
A parent/child interview is required, where we gather important info (family history, prior care, health, emergency contacts, etc.). Children cannot start without a completed form. Parents must update any changes, especially emergency contacts.

Arrival Procedures:
Children must arrive by 9:30 a.m. daily unless prior arrangements are made. If running late, call by 8:30 a.m. A $10 late fee applies for arrivals after 9:30 a.m., even if notified—exceptions are at the

Program Manager’s discretion.
